My 10-Day Juice Fast/Detox…

MY RECIPE:

Jenisis’s Juice Recipe (makes one 28 oz serving) I usually drink 2-3 servings a day:
1 bunch of kale
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1 small bundle of Parsley
1 medium/large carrot
1/2 cucumber
3 celery stalks
2 apples (granny smith… but I use 1 granny smith and 1 fuji apple)
1 thumbsize amount of ginger
1/2 lemon (peeled & seeded)

This one is made of Carrots, cucumber, apples, celery, spinach and yes, a clove of garlic!

I made up this recipe myself. Yum!

Beets, Apples, Carrots, Kale, Spinach, Ginger… I didn’t really like this one. It was more on the sweet side, but the beets were so dense and kinda tasted like dirt. Bleh.

Day 6. I’ve lost 1 lb a day and my skinny jeans have turned into relaxed fit! HAHA

OMG. So this is my first video blog. I made this vlog due to an overwhelming response to my posts regarding my 10 Day Juice Fast / Detox. I’ll explain everything in the video. Getting the best out of juicing you must use as many veggies as you can (mostly dark leafy greens) and minimal fruits. If you happen to use these recipes get Green Apples as they are much healthier for you.

I’ve kind of made my own recipe just by tweaking out a few ingredients. You may tweak and create your own recipe as you familiarize yourself with the taste. Keep in mind, it’s important to keep it at 75% veggies and like 25% fruits, because fruits contain a lot of sugar.

I’m currently juicing 2-3 times a day and sip water all day long. So this means no alcohol, coffee, soda, junk food, meat, snacks, solid foods, etc. Just the homemade juice and water. After the third day of juicing your stomach will be full but your mind is going to feel like it’s hungry. So there are going to be times you want to eat but really you don’t need to. 

I forgot to mention in the video that medicines treat illness and disease, but they don’t CURE them. You are what you eat and it’s been proven that food can help cure diseases. Try it for yourself!
